You Are Replying To An Existing Report

Receiving calls several times a day. Most of the time picked up by the answering machine, but no message left. Wife answered once today and caller said they wanted to talk to me about schools (I was not home at the time.). When asked if they were calling from Canada, the caller said no, Buffalo, N.Y. Have called back since and wife reports no one on the line when she answered the second time today.
I am suspecting this is a telephone spamming operation since the number is listed to the Bangladesh Accountant organization's North American office Fax number. I believe the actual caller is using Caller ID spoofing to display a telephone number other than the one being used to make the calls.
